BCCA Match Updates...

February 14, 2009

Results from the three new matches which commenced on 1st October 2008 are now beginning to come in:

a) The match with LetsPlayChess is balanced on a knife edge with BCCA holding a slender lead. It would be a first for BCCA if we could win this match!

b) BCCA have a convincing lead against Scheming Mind - I would welcome feedback on this web based fixture.

c) The North have taken the early lead in this "internal" match - still a long way to go before the picture becomes clearer!

In our annual fixture against BCCS, our opponents have a convincing lead - many more results should be due in the next couple of months.

If you have not sent in results from your games in any of the unfinished matches, please do let me have them as soon as possible. Any comments or suggestions for opponents please feel free to contact me. I currently have 2 or 3 ideas which I shall try to explore in the next month or so.
