International Correspondence Chess

As a member of BCCA you are able to play International Correspondence Chess with the International Correspondence Chess Federation ( ICCF). The ICCF provide the official World Championships and a full range of International tournaments. Players may receive International Titles and represent their country in team tournaments such as the Olympiad.

To enter ICCF tournaments it is necessary for players to be a member of a 'National Federation' affiliated to ICCF.

BCCA members have this status through our membership of the British Federation of Correspondence Chess (BFCC) who are themselves the National Federation for England.

Founded in 1906, the BCCA is a non profit making organisation run entirely by members. We provide National and International tournaments and are affiliated to the British Federation for Correspondence Chess.
