ECF Magazine of the Year

The club magazine 'Correspondence Chess' has been awarded the magazine of the year prize from the English Chess Federation. We have received the following news message from the ECF.....

"I am pleased to inform you that the BCCA Magazine "Correspondence Chess" has been awarded the ECF Magazine of the Year award for 2008. Well done. You will receive a certificate and a copy of the ECF Book of the Year. The latter has not yet been selected and I will contact you again when the winner is known.

Our congratulations and thanks go to the editors and contributors who have together made this an outstanding achievement. Well done to everyone.
